Use of the Website
This website presents manufactured, modular, and park-model homes available through our Seguin, TX location, along with tools such as payment estimators and inquiry forms. You agree to use the site lawfully and to provide accurate information in any form you submit.
Listings, Pricing, and Estimates
Home listings, specifications, floor plans, photos, and renderings are provided for general information and may differ from the actual home available. Pricing and monthly-payment figures are estimates for informational purposes only and exclude taxes, site preparation, delivery, and installation unless stated. Final pricing and financing terms are confirmed by the retail dealer and your lender. Nothing on this site is a financing offer or commitment.
SMS Messaging Terms
