Timber Creek Housing builds two-section ranch homes in Bear Creek, Alabama, with the kind of straightforward, family-sized layouts that make up most of what Texas buyers ask for: open living and kitchen cores, split bedrooms, a full utility room, and 1,560 to 2,280 square feet across three or four bedrooms.
The Creekside Series is the larger range, from the Frontier and the Cottonwood at the entry end to the Callaway, Highland Oak and Twin Creek at 2,280 square feet, with the Shoal Creek's mudroom pet wash a favorite on tours.
